Crested Butte Dream Lines is a result of the feelings that freedom of movement in the mountains evokes. I am always planning the next trip, dedicating countless hours to scrutinizing topographic maps and traversing virtual landscapes. These aerial pictures of my home mountains around Crested Butte, Colorado represent a culmination of my obsession. The photos were taken in early April of 2014 on two separate flights. After holding them close for many years I decided to share them with the world. I have whiled away many hours with these pictures as I contemplated and planned the next mission. With these images, anyone can dream about carving lines down beautiful mountain faces. I have ridden down many of the eye-catching lines. But here in black and white are more than enough possibilities to keep me and any reader dreaming for a long time to come.
